This blog is about walking in ultimate health and wellness by following a Christ-centered and holistic approach.

A Christ-centered and holistic approach to wellness
includes seven dimensions

 

  • Spiritual Wellness – Relationship with God (NB. not religion but in Christ – sonship) 
  • Soul Wellness – mind, will, emotions, choice, reason, conscience and imagination
  • Body Wellness – physical health, fitness, nutrition & lifestyle
  • Social Wellness – relationships with others, connection and belonging
  • Occupational Wellnessliving out your calling through your occupation
  • Financial Wellness – fulfilling God’s calling for your life in the area of finances, financial freedom and stewardship
  • Recreational Wellness -involves engaging in leisurely activities that enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being, resulting in a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. It encourages individuals to prioritise self-care and enjoy life.


Why Christ-Centered Living?
